Why are you moving? Looking to be closer to work, parents (Marlboro, NJ), better schools and closer to better supermarkets/retail
Where will you be working ? Rahway, NJ

Will you buy or rent? Buy
What is your budget ? 600K$
What kind of place are you looking for ? SFH, colonial or ranch with basement / garage

Will anyone (spouse, children, pets) be moving with you ? Wife, Child and two dogs
Do you need/want good public schools? Yes

Suburban, close to costco/ wegmans, safe/ diverse, parks, close to highway access

I live in Brick.. I really like Brick.

Brick is Zip 08723 and it is Central NJ.

For NJ.. Central and South Jersey are FAR better than North NJ.

Middletown, Wall, Freehold ,Tinton Falls ,Red Bank.

Well you can pretty much scratch those towns except for Freehold and Wall unless you like long indirect commutes.
