Something isn't right here. How did you find something so cheap?!?! 170k? If you don't mind me asking, approximately where in C H?

I'm also in Cherry Hill. Paid 250k in 2004 for 3 bed/1.5 bath 1500 s.f. home on a 9375 s.f. lot. Taxes are currently 5800$ a year.

i am ONLY addressing the fact that Alex said he'll be paying $20K a year, if the rate remains the same, which won't happen. nothing more, nothing less.
yet you still fail to grasp the concept and post poor confusing responses, maybe you should make my description a sticky which can be referred to whenever someone re asks the question about how revals affect them

Only to find that the pay scale is much less and most folks soon want to return to NJ. It's my opinion that the southern states will soon follow NJ regarding property taxes - it's just a matter of time - especially with all the NJians moving down that way. Since I have signed onto this website, I have noticed property taxes down south formerly averaging around 2K yr. and now I see people stating 4K plus per yr. Just my 2 cents : )
Well if you aren't smart about it then what's the point? But for the record, our taxes actually went down this year.

Oh, sundried tomatoes on pizza sounds so so good! I'd hate to see what that would cost here!

And of course! NJ's pizza is far superior to FL's. Papa John's does not constitute as "real" pizza - give me an independent store over a chain! People here don't realize that.

My dad is a retired pizzaman from Jersey and he lives in Plant City, FLA... maybe I'll have him toss you a pie and deliver it to you : ) If you do eventually move here, watch the weight! It piles on quickly for you southern transplants : )
