Hi-

Does anyone have any information on floods on Meadow to Brookside? Is this considered a Rural area in Wayne? Is this a buyout area?

yes that is very much a flood zone... it's not really "rural". rt 23 is right there and it connects right into lincoln park. i would be very weary of buying here--i know the prices are good. but the homes are small cottages, all very close together--and like i said it a flood area.
