Default Society Hill North - No Brunswick: Report Card!!!

Hello

I have a friend who is considering buying a condo in Society Hill for a short period of living...

It looks like that the units listed there are little overpriced considering the market!! - any clue why?

Also it be interesting to see some numbers around crime rate in that community (as its beside Manor which has a pretty low rating).

regards

I would stay away from that area! I have heard (not experienced myself) that there are a lot of "undesirables" that live in there and/or pass through.

Chances are you are long gone since this was posted 1 year + ago....
but just in case I was wondering what you meant by this.

Any one else care to offer feedback? Thanks in advance!

Altho I like Kingswood better then Society hill for sure, It sure seemed ok to me when I was looking at moving there.

I saw more undesirables in Crosspointe then I did in Society Hill.

What do you mean by "undesirables" though....?

Crosspointe seemed ok, but did not allow pets. That was a big deal breaker for us. So far we love Society Hill. Our potential next door neighbors seem perfectly normal...

The Condo I checked out had 5 Asian adult males living there with at least one of their wives (none of whom spoke English particularly well if at all..

I consider that "undesirable".
