Now you're getting it (sorry I missed this earlier).

So by making them legal, you look after many less companies than illegals, you can enforce minimum wage requirements, increase the tax base, and penalize companies who actually *have* money to pay in fines! Hooray level playing field!

No we don't make them legal! We deport them, seal our borders and let competition and capitalism take over so Americans and legal immigrants can compete for better paying and better benefitted jobs-without illegal forces in the mix.

If companies were making record profits through any other ILLEGAL source, there would be mass outrage in this country.

Anyway-neither one of us is going to change our mind so I think I am done. I need to post on less frustrating topics-back to the Jerseyisms thread.
