Old Bridge is hot at the moment for Staten Islanders, probably has been for a decade or so, but does seem as if word has gotten out causing an acceleration.

Old Bridge 6th safest city in America to raise a child? Did they forget it includes Stratford, Parkwood, LT and Nieuw Amsterdam, along with several other shanty places like Cliffwood Beach/Laurence Harbor and South Old Bridge (formerly East Spotswood - the area along Old Bridge-Englishtown Rd just below 18). I'd say it's better than where I grew up - Sayreville - but not by much.
Concentrate on East Brunswick, or the other Brunswicks (apart from New of course).
