Hello I'm relocating to NJ from Coop City, Bronx. I am looking for a place to rent paying no more than 1300 for a 3-4 bedroom. I came across an ad from this company called Home Advantage Plus, NJ. Home Advantage Plus (broken link)
Anyone ever heard of them? I think they mostly deal w. low income families. I'm in the 45K range so I guess thats considered low income. Anyone know of any apts or can they give me feedback on this company? I'm a single mother of 3 ages 13,11 & 8 and commute to NYC 42 street for work daily. Without a car that is. So being close to public transportation is a must. ![]() Suggestions? Advice? know any decent places? Thanks! |
