The NOAA (Biden Administration Appointment) gave the authorization to harm and kill 8 species of whales (4 that are endangered), 5 species of dolphins, 2 species of seals, and 1 species of porpoise on the coast of NJ.

The feds have given permission to harass thousands of marine mammals during the construction period. It's shocking but true.
Thank you for posting these FACTS. NOAA is indeed run by the Federal Democrap swamp now destroying America. IF the ******* Murphy administration actually cared about the environment rather than their pockets, they would immediately pause all construction and see if that slows down the frequency of whale and dolphin deaths. Very easy solution, but it is obvious he doesn't care.

So sad, but true. Cannot argue with documented facts

If you want to learn more about offshore windpower, start with BOEM (Bureau of Ocean Energy Management). They review and approve leases, examine impact studies which include construction AND deconstruction separate from operation. They consider shipping lane traffic, how those shift in response to storms, primary fishing areas, as well as areas of particular interest for human activity, cultural importance, etc. All agreements are with PRIVATE companies, who are required to conduct and submit an environmental impact assessment, which is then subject to review and comment by multiple parties before approval.

And human health impact? Ya' think noise would heavily impact human health 15nm off of the NJ coast??

ETA, if you really cared that much, you had PLENTY of opportunities to weigh in, including the public comment period last year AND the year before, among others. That is just another indication of your ignorance about the project and the process.
Documented links that were posted after your BS, show you are indeed the ignorant one.

It doesn't matter what party is in power. The staff of NOAAand other agencies doesn't change when the administration changes.

There are myriad rules around allowing incidental take of resources by projects, with public comment and lots of opportunities to make your voice heard.

Why does anyone think the Mayirs of coastal towns can stop construction of these projects? They can't. They remind me of the mayor in Jaws, ready yo sacrifice lives fir selfish reasons.

NOAA funds and supports these liberal projects that actually hurt the ocean's environment. It is obvious where they stand politically.

They kicked out Barry Myers who ran the NOAA under Trump who declined the permits to kill the sea life. They swear in Rick W. Spinrad, Bidens guy and next thing you know he issues green light permits (per Bidens Agenda) to knowingly kill the whales, dolphins, seals and porpoises. He even goes a step further giving the green light to kill off the endangered ones, with complete transparency that they would be in NJ given their migration patterns.

This is 100% never happened. Read Murphys 500 page proposal on this, they spend pages discussing how they are not taking into consideration any voices of the public, and their plan to deflect lawsuits from towns. Additionally, they go further how they will take eminent domain of some beaches and homes to build to build power structures on the land. Parts of LBI are called out specifically because parts of the island are 1/4 mile wide.

The shark population is going to explode along the coast. There's 361 species of migratory birds that fly along the coast and through the thousand of death mills. It will become a feeding ground for great white and bull head sharks eating all the dead birds.

Barry Myers never ran NOAA. When you make up stuff like this, everything else you write has zero credibility.

I guess you forgot about Trump trying to open up the East coast to off shore drilling.

"The Trump administration said Thursday it would allow new offshore oil and gas drilling in nearly all United States coastal waters, giving energy companies access to leases off California for the first time in decades and opening more than a billion acres in the Arctic and along the Eastern Seaboard."

So offshore windmills bad, offshore drilling good.
