Question Browns Mills - Spring Lake area; opinions?

My fiance & I are looking to buy our first home in the Browns Mills area. We currently live in the Toms River area. I work in Monroe, and he works in Brick, so we figured this was a good "in-between" place. We can't afford too much - about 200k is our limit, which also led me to BM (we're not opposed to older 'fixer-uppers'). We're right now specifically looking in the Spring Lake area. Can you guys give me some input on that specific area? I've read comments on here about Presidential Lakes and Mirror Lake, but nothing of Spring Lake. Any help is greatly appreciated!

if 200k is your limit you might want to look in the back of Belmar,Wall,Lake Como,Neptune,Manasquan......SpringLake and even SpringLake heights might be too high. Not alot of homes for 200k.

I'm confused!! Browns Mills is no where near Spring Lake.
I think you would be hard pressed to find something for 200k in Spring lake, not sure about Browns Mills

Agree....dont know of any Brown's Mills near Spring Lake. Spring Lake is on the ocean...next to Sea Girt, Spring Lake Heights, Wall, Manasquan, and Belmar.....hope this helps. And there isnt much of anything in the way of 200K in actual Spring Lake, NJ.
