Default How's Bergenfield

Im renting in Lodi (just moved 2 here weeks ago and i love it) but my job is in bergenfield and if i save enough money to own a home in about 3 to 5 months would bergenfield be nice and decent home costs (275-450K)

like crime wise
tax wise
area wise

I beleive their taxes are very high. We had a family member just move from Bergenfield and I think his taxes were about $12,000 per year and the house was not huge.

You must be doing something right if you can save up enough to buy a home in 2-3 months. Bergenfield is not the nicest town in the world IMO. This is just my impression from driving through their and delivering for FedEx there. It's not awful, but I don't think it's great. that is just my opinion. I don't know how I'd compare it to Lodi, maybe similar. I doubt the taxes could be that bad. I would suggest talking to a realtor and have them pull up some houses for you and then you can find out for yourself the taxes. I would guess 6000 a year for prices in that range.
