Good point!! Also look at the turnover rate of the superintendents, since Abbot. Paterson has gone through at least 3, that have been asked to leave.
Abbott also funds daycare centers, giving out money like candy to unqualified people that need only have a professional on staff, on paper, not working in the facility. It is horrendous

in newark the super was hiring limos to go to board meetings, plasma tvs in the office and spent obscene amount of money on office furnishings
