Default Town for buying home in North jersey

We are planning to buy a home in North jersey but confused with the towns.My work place in Ramsey ,nj. and my wife works in NYC . I am looking in and around fairlawn . Which town is good in that area with good schooling and good neighbourhood . Thanks in advance.

I sent you a private message, but just in case: I would suggest looking at how your wife commutes (bus/train) and then look for towns that would be easiest for her but still reasonable for you to get to Ramsey. If her choice is train, then I would suggest looking at the towns along the Bergen line. But, it also depends on your price range. Good luck to you, and send me a message back if I can help further.
