Default Flooding or problems in Verona?

Hi,
I am a newcomer to this forum, and love all the useful info and insights you all provide. I am 25 years, and looking for a modern rental or condo in a safe town that's within 20 miles of my job in Roseland, NJ. I lived in Westchester, NY for 20 years, worked in NYC and do drive to both every few weeks - seen some nice places on line in Verona. Should I be concerned about flooding there? Anything I should be concerned about in Verona? Any other towns or places you might suggest within say 20 minute drive or Rosedale? (Oh, I live in Morristown and want to move more EAST or north). Thanks so much, and happy father's day to all you Dads!

Never heard of any problems in Verona. Nice town with a downtown area. Very close to Roseland, also close to Montclair which I think you'll like also. Good luck!

Thanks so much Brookdaleresident. I really appreciate your quick and positive feedback - I've heard nice things about MontClair so thanks for pointing out the proximity. I haven't seen downtown Verona, just drove through and looked nice, I'll have to drive around and look at the downtown next.

You're welcome. The center of town is Bloomfield Ave. If you travel up and down you'll find just about everything. The next town over is Caldwell which has it's own shopping area. I think Verona is a good location; lots to do and close to many things.
