They Accepted My Offer!!!!
I'm nervous and excited all at the same time. The place is a single family house in WO--3 bd rms and 2 baths, I guess technically it also has a half of bath but there is no sink in there just a toilet (it's in the basement)--I don't see how that is a half but it does have the 2 full baths so i'm ok. it doesn't have much of a backyard but it has a nice deck (so if I had it removed I would have more backyard). it's on pleasant valley way. i hope i don't live to regret this. i'm in it now. btw, this will be my first house!!!!!! Any thoughts anyone?

Congratulations on your new home! It's a great feeling when people transition from renting to owning.

Hey congratulations! I'm just nearing the end of the homebuying process on my first house-closing the 30th-trust me, it's the biggest nightmare you'll ever love. West Orange is a great town too. I went to Caldwell College and lived in West Orange (Eagle Rock apartments) for three years. Go celebrate with a pint at the Irish Cottage on Main Street!
