I listed some important questions in looking for an Internet Fax provider. You might want to consider them first.

1. How long have the company been operating?
2. What attachment file format does the company use when sending or receiving faxes?
3. Is the service secure?
4. Is there a desktop or email application I can use to send faxes?
5. Does the company offer a 30 day money back guarantee or a free trial?

I use SmartFax. I've been with them for over a year now. You might want to check them out. You can try them out first. They have a 30 day free trial.

I use MyFax... no problems at all. I get my own toll free fax #. Send out faxes via web interface or e-mail. Faxes come in same way as PDF.

Default I use ...

I use Metro Fax (www.metrohispeed.com) and have no complaints.

Been with them for almost 4 years. Nice interface and no downtime.
