Ryan Homes in Tinton Falls, NJ

I have had a very good experience with Ryan Homes in Tinton Falls. We are currently under contract and in attorney review on a Waldorf model at the ParkView in Tinton Falls. The saleswoman Christine was great and they are offering some incentives now with the grand opening of the model this weekend. The dump is not across the street it is about 3 or 4 miles down the road and everytime i have been there I have not smelt anything.

They just opened the Sheridan model at the Parkview in Tinton Falls on Sunday and I have to say that it came out really great looking. Both models they are selling have a wide open floorplan and the kitchen in the Sheridan is huge. If you are looking in the Tinto Falls area check these out t they are awesome.

Owned a Townhome in a Ryan Development outside Charlotte in NC. I bought it new and of course there were the normal new house punch list problems. I could not have been more impressed with the speed and efficiency of Ryan in taking care of the few small problems I experienced. I found the quality of their workmanship and the willingness to stand behind their work both gratifying and surprising given the nature of the business.

I would not hesitate to buy another home from Ryan.
