Default colonia nj

I have heard that there are good and not so good parts of Colonia.
I have looked at a few houses but am not sure which are considered the better areas. Can anyone please tell me what are the good parts of colonia??

I wouldn't say there are really "bad" areas of Colonia, just some "OK" areas and some "good" areas. The area closer to Rahway along Inman Ave is "OK", as is the area near St Georges Ave bordering Avenel. The estate area off of New Dover Road is "good"- but it's also pretty expensive.

There aren't any bad areas in Colonia. On the whole it's a nice town. You can't really go wrong there...of course some areas are more desirable then others but there aren't any ghettos in Colonia or anything like that, lol.

I agree with Jerseylover, no bad areas of Colonia, a nice town to live in. Most of the town is middle income, with the exception of the estate section, as mentioned.

I don't know what you budget is, but the estate section is likely
multi million dollar homes.

That said, there is no BAD section.

You do realize that Colonia is a section of Woodbridge township.
