This Hot and Humid summers are killing me!
My dad is so stupid and cheap that he won't let us have the A/C on!
When does it cool off here? Cuz I'm dying at home.
The funniest thing is that he says ''Open the windows, it's cool outside'' when it's like 80s + humid outside.

Well dear,

I am much (obviously) older than you and I had a Dad very much like yours. Here is the deal....When you are old enough to pay your own bills, you can decide how and how much a/c YOU can afford.

Good luck and here is looking forward to late September.

Shanny

Can you give him some money to help offset the bill? I think that would go a long way with many parents.

Last year it didn't start to cool off until November. I hate Summer!

Hot & Humid??? I think the weather the past week or so has been nice. I have my A/C on but it's not coming on much. How about going to Walmart and grabbing yourself a nice fan : ) Just wait until August rolls around...then you'll really be complaining - HHH season.

Last summer wasn't as h&h as most. Maybe we'll be lucky this year. A fan is great advice

I still haven't bought an a/c unit for the bedroom. I think its comfortable, and once I get the attic fan I want, it'll be just fine any time

I agree, and I'm in my early 20's. Oh, the joys of working full-time and bill paying - how it does change attitude .

I wanted to give you reps - but I couldn't.
