Default Robbinsville retirement community?

I heard Monroe is considered a retirement community area. Is Robbinsville part of it?

Monroe does have a large number of retirement communities but they also have "regular" communities too. They are looking at building a new HS to accommodate their growing population.

Robbinsville has one retirement community that I know of, Mercer Mobile Home Park.

Just hearing that they're looking to build a new High School should be a warning to stay away. Especially if you're looking at retirement communities.
