I did use Robert Hahn.
He has given me a call at last minute and said that busy with some personal work and would not possible to do the inspection . I had to go with this guy for inspection in next day as I have no other alternative to finish inspection as he has given hand in last minute. His reports and all lab work came back via email which is nice.I feel like I did not get the whole inspection because I did not experience him performing the whole thing. He was very quick, inspecting the 2000SF townhome in probably less than an hour . He also asked me to do additional mold testing in basement which will cost $350.
I said yes to do mold test since we do not take any chance before investing huge money on home. Later I have come to know from my realtor that he has suggested this only to rip $ 350 more from me . There is no mold nothing .. it just Lumber color. I did have some trouble getting a hold of him after we were done with the inspection for some follow up questions.
