You can rest assure that is most likely the reason...you also have a somewhat small area that is mostly black...over on the road that leads down to Rte 10...South Salem St I believe...coupled with the median income in Dover not up there with the rest of Morris County....that said there are far worse places to live then Dover..Dover really isn't all that bad

I agree 100%...and it's laughable because Dover isn't all that bad..sheesh my daughter lives there

You want to know something else? I do database mgmt for a marketing co and we have a few Non Profit org's that we do some data work for and Dover residents are always up there on top of the lists of towns that give to charity the most (not the most money, but the most residents that contribute).

she's not married to an illegal is she? Dover started to clean up a few years ago..reconstruction, new stores, etc. but it seems to have stopped. It once was and could be again, a beautiful little town

No she isn't
I don't have a problem with Hispanic people I have a problem with illegals..no matter where they are from....Mexico or Ireland

My one DIL her grandparents on 1 side immigrated legally from Italy the grand parents on the other side..Grandma is from Puerto Rico and grandpa came here legally from Mexico, they lived in Morristown
