Fairmount Avenue is a horrible street. There have been two murders there in the last year. There are always people sitting around and I wouldn't dair stick around there at night. I know because I work a block away. Noone is going to buy there. YOu are better off renting.

I only know the areas of Fairmount Ave. between West Side Avenue and Monticello Ave. It's very ghetto

time to ressurect this old thread. So with the new projects in journal square, anyone think 429 fairmount ave is a good idea now.
