Has anyone been having problems with the builder's representative, Brian? We moved into our home in June of 2012, had our 30 day inspection in July of 2012. Since then we have been trying to get the things on the punchlist taken care of! It's almost a year later and they have been so slow is getting things done!

Anyone have a similar problem? Any ideas on what to do to get things done? Also, any problems with the 11-month walk through and ways to deal with them?

Thanks in advance!!!

I'm sure you're not the only one experiencing problems. Have you tried asking some of your neighbors?
Keep hounding them, email, calls, stop by the office. Ask them when will they complete these tasks especially if its on paper that they're to correct them. Don't let them off the hook easy and keep hounding them.
