Default west new york

I'm thinking about applying for a position in the West New York school district (not teaching). Can anyone tell me anything about the town? Thanks!

Big Spanish population and its growing. Not that that's a problem but a lot don't have good English. And since there is already so many Hispanics there they don't bother to always do English. I have a 2 cousins and an aunt there (all black) and you might have them at the school if you do the public high school. But not bad crime if thats your main concern

i think 95% of the public high school is Hispanic, so hope you know a little Spanish or a lot.

Thanks for the response. Yes I was looking for a general idea of the population and what the town's like. I thought I had heard there was a large Spanish population, and I don't speak a word of Spanish! But I wanted to ask, because the job posting did not request a bilingual worker which I thought was odd.
