I was trying to find something in the OP's price range located in New Jersey.

Hey think of the money they would save!

I admit they need a little TLC but great prices!

Nope..it's there! Not sure where in Parsippany - might be on Rt. 46 for that price but it is showing that price in that area on the gsmls website. If the OP can stretch their budget a bit higher..say 800/month - you'll have a few more options.

Sorry For all the confusion. I was not trying to say that I was looking for a 3 bedroom for 700, all i was saying was that is the market here so i need a little guidance as to what i should expect to pay there. Thank you so much to all of you who gave me places to look. I do have another question, how much should i expect to pay for daycare, and i dont need my son to speak 7 foreign languages I will be happy if he speaks english clearly and correctly. A regular daycare per month cost how much?........ I ask cause the daycares i have seen online say they teach them all kinds of languages, and painting and repairing car engines and crap....... I dont need all that, how about clean happy and well fed..... Thank you

By the way just to give you a comparison, My husband is in the IT field and I am a corporate trainer, I dont think that we would survive in the "hood", but with a combined income of less than 100k a year I cannot afford to live in "high end" housing. We want something where are cars wont be stolen or broken into that is all. I just dont know what kind of pricing to expect.

I would budget a good 1500/month. That would most likely be apartment living east of Mt. Olive. More if you are looking at individual housing. You can rent a house in that range out by me. Very safe suburban / rural areas. Go to gsmls.com and look under rentals. Just be aware that you will most likely have to pay a realtor's fee unless you find a rental by owner and for that you'll have to pick up a newspaper or drive around different areas. If you need any info. from me on areas out here, let me know. I'd be happy to help you if I can.
