I would say the Venetian or Seasons (both owned by the same people). I believe the Venetian is adding a 50,000 sq ft ballroom to their already huge catering hall. The Rockleigh Country Club is a nice place but the food is horrible. I have been there for two weddings and both times the food was bad.

We went to the wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange. It was really beautiful. Great place for a wedding. Not sure how expensive, though.

Very pleased!
I had my wedding there in April and it was incredible! The food and service were both excellent. Dominick (the maiter'd) was so great to work with. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is intererted in having their wedding there. Our guests are still raving about how great everything was there. Their gardens are also beautiful and the best part is... the prices can't be beat!
