I used to like rutt's hut, but the that owner does not give his paying customers' a cup of water, he wants you to buy his bottled water, eventhough you order hawt dawgs

your both very cheap individuals.... he's cheap for not giving you water in a glass, and your cheap for whining about paying $1 for a bottled water
