the vast majority of long valley residents use sanico. when i moved here, they were the cheapest. i assume they still are, but i can't say for sure.

they're fine, they pick up when they say they do, and don't nickle and dime you if you have more garbage than what fits in the can.

i know a few who have waste mgmt, don't know anyone who has raritan valley.

I do, they have been great, but we have no choice - garbage is part of our quarterly bills, our collector is our collector.

They have been good though, I've put out plenty of stuff each week (slowly tossing everything I want to get rid of as I sort through more and more boxes), everything is picked up no problem, and my garbage cans usually end up right where i left them (not thrown about the street).

I have Sanico and I've had zero issues with them. I pay $71.00/quarter and like T said..they never nickle and dime you when you put out more than your quota
