Hello. Not sure if you have found your apartment yet, but I live near the Vineland area and may I suggest staying away from the center city of Vineland and Millville. The closer you get inside the city the more crime you will have. Try and focus outside the city parts such as East Vineland, its very nice out there, I was raised out there and I never had any trouble with crime, or drugs. also try the outskirts of Millville. You can be near the city without having the headache of the city. Schools in Vineland and Millville don't have the highest grade but they do offer alot for children. Buses also run all through those areas in case transportation is a must. GL with your move.
