Talking Duplex rentals in Warren County?
Okie dokie folks (or is that okey dokey?)..... regarding my relocation, I've got it narrowed down to NJ/PA/GA/TN.

Regarding Warren County, can anyone tell me what the average rental is of a duplex (say, around the Allamuchy area)??? I may be living in a dream world, but I was hoping for a range of $800 to $950. Anyone know of a good rental realtor?

I doubt you will find what you are looking for in that price range in the Allamuchy area. 1 bedroom apartments go for about that price in that area. You might have better luck looking in a more western area of Warren County or Sussex County. Good luck.
