invertigo will become famous soon enough
Since I'm originally from Passaic County, I'll go with Tick Tock in Clifton and Park West in West Paterson/Little Falls.

Now who can tell me a good diner in the Cherry Hill area. Four years later, I'm still searching. ....and don't tell me Ponzio's either! That place is overrated and overpriced!

The very fact that the Americana in East Windsor hasn't been mentioned is very upsetting to me.

Also, it's not a "true" diner, but it's run by guys with diner experience - Blitzburgers in North Brunswick.

I ate at a really good diner yesterday - it's actually more like a luncheonette, but it was really good. Bus Stop Diner in Carteret. Reasonably priced, and good eats. Hubby had steak and eggs, and I had a western omelette. With each of us having a soda, the total bill with tip was $23. Can't beat that!
