1) Is there any way to get to and from Ny to Fort Lee 24/7 with public transportation? I'm talking about if I want to stay out in NYC until 4 am and then still be able to get home

not sure about this. nj transit buses stop running from 1 or 1:30am until 5 or 5:30am. same with ferries to edgewater. but, you can always take the subway up to the gw bridge bus terminal (broadway @ 178th st), then walk across the bridge to fort lee. it's about a 20-25 minute walk from the bus terminal to the fort lee side of the bridge, plus however long it takes to get from the bridge to your home. you can also catch a cab from the bus terminal, which is obviously more expensive but is super quick.
there are also latino-run shuttle vans that run between upper manhattan and fort lee. i'm not sure if these run all night, but it's certainly possible. if so, these would be a quick, inexpensive option for moving between the city and fort lee.
i recently found out (through this board and from subsequent personal experience) that some of the latino vans that run between w. 42nd street (outside of the midtown port authority bus terminal) and hudson county (bergenline ave, boulevard east, etc) run 24/7. most of the people on these vans are either working class latino laborers who work super late hours at restaurants, delis, and bars in the city, or young professionals and students who, like yourself, want to hang out late and live on the jersey side of the hudson river. do a search on this board for some of the previous posts on this subject.
at the very least, you can take one of these shuttle vans from 42nd street and then get off at the last stop (near the north bergen/fairview border). from there, you can catch a cab to fort lee. but again, try to find out if those latino vans that run between the gw bridge bus terminal and fort lee run all night. if so, that's the way to go.
no matter what, i would look up taxi companies in the hudson county area as well as upper manhattan, and save their phone numbers into your cell phone. this way, you'll always have a backup option in case your mass transit options aren't available late at night. even from upper manhattan, it's not always easy to find a nyc yellow cab, so it's a good idea to have a private cab company's phone number just to be sure.

2) Is there any gay life what so ever? Bars? Clubs? etc
|
i'm pretty there isn't, at least not in fort lee. you'd have to go down to jersey city or manhattan for gay-friendly establishments.

3) Are there any karaoke bars in Fort Lee or it's surrounding areas?
|
there are many korean-run karaoke bars in fort lee and palisades park, as is the case in any heavily korean neighborhood. they're pretty easy to find if you drive down broad ave in pal park or along lemoine ave, main st, or palisade ave in fort lee. and they're less expensive than any of the karaoke bars in manhattan.

4) Is the Linwood Park area in fort lee completely safe?
I know these are random but i would appreciate your help. thanks

everywhere in fort lee is extremely safe. seriously, i would have no reservations whatsoever walking around the town, even at 4 in the morning. there are tons of cops patrolling the town at all hours due to the presence of the gw bridge. these include fort lee police and port authority police on local streets and bergen county police on the highways. incidentally, this also means that it's a great place to get a speeding ticket or DUI, but yeah, it's quite safe for residents.
