Does he have any restaurant management experience because it is different from warehouse management more fast paced

What kind of degree does he have

He owned a restaurant at one time, but the bulk of his experience is in Retail/Warehouse Management...his degree was in Poli Sci... I know, what do you do with that if you don't go to law school!

This is probably stating the obvious since you mentioned them in your OP but how about BJ's or Costco? I used to be an HR Manager for bJ's in a previous life. I wasn't cut out for retail but back then it was a decent company to work for.

He's interviewed w/ BJ's... can't get in to Costco... TRYING desperately.
