You can gauge where people are coming from, and where they are going to, by county.

can't seem to figure out how to get the data? I just get an outlined NJ?

Are you using IE, or some other browser (i.e. Firefox, Netscape, etc).

I am using IE. You just click your pointer over a county, and it generates a statistical map with graduated symbols showing in-migration, or out-migration, depending on the radio button you choose.

I figured it out... must have too many male hormones..I never read the directions

Wouldn't matter, its done as an image map to W3C standards. She didn't click :P

This is an application that I use in my profession; the application is ArcIMS. I read several trade applications that have user 'success stories', the IRS is using this data, and through 'joining' tables off a foreign key, are able to link flat data with data that has a spatial reference, in this case, counties of the USA.
