Gyms in Hackensack NJ
I live in Arcadia Rd in Hackensack NJ. I am looking very good gym near by. Could you guys please suggest the same.?
Also if anybody knows about the membership fees also, please post the same.

I'm not sure of IN Hackensack... but there is a 24 hr fitness taht is just opening in Hasbrouck Heights on the border of Hackensack on 17. It's BEAUTIFUL and open 24/7... Current rates are $79.99 membership enrollment and $67.00 per month.
A new Gold's opened in Teterboro...not sure of the rates.
Quest Fitness is on 17 South just past 24 Hr Fitness, nice little club (not as many ammenities and less hours...) but the price is about the same ($99 membership and $63 I think.. per month...) they seem shaky though - wonder if the "big guys" will put them out of business.
There are some in Paramus - don't know if you want to go that far.
And Lyndhurst. Wallington... let me know if those areas work for you as well.

There is a gym at the Hackensack Medical Center on 2nd Ave I think? Smaller facility, but great place!

there is a Retro fitness opening in hackensack in a few months. I go to the Ice House. Pleanty of Cardio choices, personal tv's. Nice new equipment. You can also watch all the skaters below, some headed to the olympics. The other day I worked out next to Sasha Cohen ! Both very affordable.

There is a Retro Fitness opening in a month or so in Hackensack at 100 commerce way. It is only 19.99 a month and they are charging a really low enrollment until the club opens. They have 70-80 pieces of cardio with 17'' HD flat screens hooked up to direct TV and they even plug in NFL Sunday Ticket. The gym will be 17,500 sq ft. They equip the gym with tons of equipment by Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. They also have a movie theater room, full juice bar, personal training, massage therapy, tanning, and have real nice locker rooms.
