As you said about Polish people moving out of Linden its true because i had couple clients that were Polish and were moving out and buying in Union and they came to me because they could speak same language as i do but there is something bad happening in that town.

If we look early 1990s yes i agree its not what it was back then but if you look at 1999-2001 it got actually better. Town i actually taking care of it better, they are trying to improve in every way they can but back then it was going down and thank god they stopped it before it got to the point of no return. And since then it go better in a lot of ways.

My favorite area of Union is around the Suburban Golf Club, which is just a little north of Five Points. You turn onto Washington Street, which merges with Columbia. That's a very tranquil little pocket in there, surrounding the golf course.

You mean it merges into Colonial Ave right before Suburban Golf Course.
