Sorry, been a long time! You are right! Do you know where Chestnut St crosses Washington St? There is a corner coffee shop there. My dad used to own a business, and it was the building right next to that coffee shop.

NO, it's a FLIP.

Original owner died 12/07
Niece put it on the market 3/08 @$359K
Builder bought it 4/08 @$315K
put in approx $80K
Listed it 6/08 for $529K
Reduced Price 7/08 $499K

We saw the original listing... the house was in desperate need of work. Builder gutted the inside. New drywall, moved the kitchen and put in a brand new one, refinished hardwood floors, roof, siding, etc...

I thought that you were talking about the house on New Jersey Ave but one on Indian Run Pkwy you could negotiate it down a little bit more. But if you look you can get more nice houses like that one for same or little lower price. There is going to be a house in Fairway section for 430s with inground swimming pool.

Since when does diversity make a town a "slum". You people think people other than white folks with English last names make a hood go down! Take about STEROTYPES! People ..... it's 2010!!! Stop it already!!!! On paper...its not getting worse! Crime rates have been FALLING for most of the 1st decade of the century. Stop it with the white flight mentality of the 20th century! Not everyone wishes they were white anymore! LOL...you people are funny.
