LAist: **** on a Shingle & Other Things You Can't Believe You Eat

This is it!!!
Artery clogging SOS! Yummy, EH?

On a healthier note, we had Yellow Fin Tuna (caught off the Jersey Shore) and fresh corn (Lee's farm) for dinner tonight.

(I could still go for some SOS though................)

So similar to stuffed peppers. I don't like stuffed peppers, but stuffed tomatoes sound pretty good

Oh, how I wish I liked fish. It's so healthy for you....but I just can't stomach it! Alas, I resort to pills for the health-qualities of fish.

I had chicken cordon bleu from the meat department at a grocery store, angel hair pasta, and an ENORMOUS serving of asparagus

OMG, bad memories are coming back!

World's worst meal was Broadcast brand corned beef hash.

Stuffed bell peppers were another rotten dinner for me. I liked the nights we had liver and onions (I scraped off the onions and ate the liver and bacon).

Mom also made lots of casseroles, like Johnny Marzetti. They were ok.

How about dessert? My folks used to serve that gelatin stuff with pieces of fruits or vegatables in it. Blech!!!

I like it better in tomatoes vs. peppers. What about stuffed cabbage? I use to love that...problem was 8 plus mom and dad with really bad gas all night long

I actually made Liver bacon and onions the other night..it was excellent! Parents did get out of hand with those jello recipes..what about the pudding one in the flower pot..and a fake flower sticking out to boot! Now I hear they add gummy worms to the pudding and call it dirt pie!

When I was a little kid, adults would put chocolate pudding in the cups - then layer it with crushed oreo, and randomly place gummy worms. I actually enjoyed them.

Now THAT is really dessert!!

Bread pudding and Rice pudding are NOT dessert, they are starches.

Sugar is dessert.

And don't try and fool me by adding raisins!
