Default Anyone know of or live in Greenbriar in Brick?

I am looking to relocate next year and was wondering about Brick in general and Greenbriar I & II. Anyone with feedback? I'd appreciate it. I see some homes on Realtor.com in Greenbriar for under 200k that look nice.

Greenbriar was Brick's first Adult living community built back in the 1970's. Greenbriar II was built as the second phase. It's located on Burnt Tavern Road near Van Zile Road; not too far from Exit 91 of the GS Parkway.

Can't help you much more as I now live out of state.

Hello, I live in GBII and I can tell you it is a great place to live. If you are thinking of moving this is a great time. We have some very nice homes for sale at this time with the right price. Andy F. Of BRD

I just closed on my house here in Greenbriar I 2 weeks ago. The homes were built in the 70s and prices just depend on what previous owners have already upgraded. Community is well maintained and monthly association fees are reasonable considering what is covered. Several neighbors have come over to introduce themselves. I will be glad to keep in touch and update as I spend more time here.
