have have eaten at so many steak places and to be honest the most flavor is an aged steak, I like Mortons alot even though its a chain. However I have gotton great aged steak little ny stips at Wegmans and they were great. Many places are really over rated and not that flavorful !! I have been to them all, I am very picky and found alot of them over rated. Just go to Peter Lugar's! Honestly Wegmans aged steak was just as good as most of them. 30 dollars a lbs but good and cheaper than going out. I do like Morton which is funny because I dont like chains really.

Actually..the best steak I ever had in my life was at the old Still which is now Pub 517. It was when Courter (former governor candidate) owned it. You could cut the steak with your fork - that's how tender it was.

well, for some reason i don't think high end steak chains as a "chain", ya know? i've been to mortons, ben benson, smith and wollensky, the palm, ruth's, don shula's - all chains and all EXCELLENT! |
