Default Ocean county, n.j. Modular home builders

We recently bought ground in West Creek, N.J. Does anyone know of any good contractors to put up a modular home? From what I have investigated online I know we would have to find the home first and then find the contractor. From what I see most homes are built in upstate Pa. Does anyone know of any homes closer to view than their that can be built in N.J. I would also need a well put in does anyone know anyone good in the area that would not rip us off? Any info. would be appreciated. I found different homes that I like but alot of them do not go into N.J.

I noticed that too! We looked into Shorten Homes, which are great,as we sat down with them and they were super. TOO BAD they didn't deliver to the part of NJ we needed! Only Hackensack I think? I cannot remember. Go to their website if you didnt already. "dot com"

I saw some awesome modulars. You would never know! Amazing..
Sorry I cannot be of more help. There is a modular home builder down near Little Egg where we are ----Premier Modular? if I am not mistaken....good luck to you!

In Toms River there is StateWide Modular that has models to view. I've been through them and they were very nice.

Most of the factories where the modulars are built are in PA because the rent for a large piece of property in NJ (to assemble and store the modules) is prohibitively expensive. Unfortunately, to get a good feel for most of the companies' product you're going to have to take a trip to PA- they'll help you find a local builder to finish the assembly.

Hi,

My wife and I recently purchased a home from Supreme Modular located in Turnersville NJ. www.suprememodular.com. They were very helpfull and most important, honest. They guided me from start to finish and the final product was more that i imagined. I recommend them!

Are you still looking for a Modular home builder? I am the regional sales manager for Ritz-Craft Homes in Jersey. I could connect you with a contractor....

Excel makes a really nice home.
Marlin out of Browns Mills puts them up, my dad had one.
They appear more of a basic house then Ritz

I suggest you try contacting your Township construction official. They would be familiar with contractors that offer what you seek and might be willing to share a few names of those they have found to be qualified.
