Wangdu Apartments anyone?
I'm trying to find out anything I can about the Wangdu Apartments located at 40 Gifford Avenue in Jersey City. Has anyone lived or visited these apartments? The photos seem nice, but I never trust a photo. Please tell me about your experience (noise, neighbors, pest control issues, excessive utility bills, etc...Pros welcome as well!)How is parking in the area? How is this area in terms of general safety? Is it safe for a stay at home mom with baby during the day? It says that it is a 10 block walk to Journal Square Path station. Is that generally a safe walk for my husband to do alone? I cannot find a lot of info online about these apartments. Maybe they once went by another name? Thanks in advance for your help!
