Default Ivy hill apartments in Newark?
I always here that that area has a ghetto like atmosphere and is very unsafe...but yet again i have spoken to a SHU student who rents from there because room and board is too expensive. I need somebody to clear this up...

IS THIS AREA CRIME RIDDEN?
IS IT SAFE TO LIVE HERE?

It is somewhat safe...the majority of people that live there are Indian.
