In PA its a bit more relaxed, a little less reserved. I noticed it" day one" with our News station.
There the main weatherman was in shorts ( in the winter) outside.....snow flying all around, talking weather in a very non-formal way. I knew right then, I could make myself at home here just fine.

Yea but it looks like you float around so you don't have to deal with it year round...I'd be happy too if I could do that

I don't know if I'd really want to read it. There is no comparison.

The people here are the same way. ALL of the crime here "comes from NJ and NYC, including drugs". We're 4 to 6 hours from Upstate NY, Canada, Philly, Baltimore, and Washington, DC. The locals would love to see us move back to where we came from but then would complain about the lose of financial benefits.

I still think we have a lot to teach the locals in Pennsylvania, "hanna or no?".

The term B&T drives me crazy!!!!!!!!
Have you seen the amount of NY plates in North Jersey on a daily basis?
We need a name for reverse B&T'ers.
They invade North Jersey as much as we invade NYC.

I never fully understood the "Benny" thing.
I have always been respectful at the shore & its surroundings.
College age kids will be college age kids no matter what their origin.
I have always perceived it as some sort of "townie" vs "outsider" type thing.
I guess B&T is the same thing, just on a larger scale with more media coverage.
How provincial!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
