Finally the upgraders are coming thru. I have a feeling the 300K range buyers are stimulating the market. Plus it's affordable now to stay in nj
Two new neighbors in the past 3 months. One is a $550K fixer, the other a $700K victorian fixer - that one they gutted, major renovation, haven't even moved in yet. Will be well over a $1 million when they are done. And house across the street, major two story addition and exterior renovation.

Staying in NJ..just heading further west. Downsizing..no need for 2 people to have a house this size . Plus with the economy...business is way, way down so I need to cut the fat
