Atlantic/Cumberland/Cape May towns "missing" from City Data
I'm posting the townships that appear to be missing from this site, when in reality they're just listed under different names. Subsections of towns are used for census purposes--they're called "unincorporated areas," or "census designated places." This may have been obvious to some of you already, but if I was confused, someone else probably is, too.
The "missing" township is listed with the name(s) of its unincorporated area(s) following:
Atlantic County
Buena Vista: Collings Lakes
Galloway: Pomona
Hamilton: Mays Landing
Mullica: Elwood-Magnolia
Cape May County
Lower: Diamond Beach, Erma, North Cape May, Villas
Middle: Cape May Court House, Rio Grande, Whitesboro-Burleigh
Upper: Strathmere
Cumberland County
Commercial: Laurel Lake, Port Norris
Deerfield: Rosenhayn
Fairfield: Fairton
Lawrence: Cedarville
Upper Deerfield: Seabrook Farms
Note: Most of the places listed have "township" listed after the name, but it was too repetitive for me to write. So "Lower" is actually "Lower Township," for example.
