The utility bill on an average for the year on a monthly basis is about $175.00. I am renting a 1 bedroom with a loft. My lease is up and if you know anyone interested in seeing this apartment (really nice) let me know here or email me at [EMAIL="sales@xotickets.com"]sales@xotickets.com[/EMAIL]
