AND I did not think anyone could make it worse but they managed!! First they painted over the wallpaper and did not spackle the holes where I hung things and did not glue the paper down, so it looks like crap. Even better they painted the bedroom upstairs which was a smart move, however they spilled huge paint drops all over the hardwood floors and you see paint all over the floor. I did not think anyone could make the place worse but they managed. Ohh boy!

If interested go to Garden state mls , look at hillsdale bergen county, then price is 422,000. You can enlarge the pictures, that is the old wreck I lived in for 12 years, husband 20 years!! You can get an idea of the old wreck!!!

what's wrong with radiators. It doesn't seem so so bad. 4 br in Hillsdale. Do you consider Hillsdale a nice town? Is that in the flood plain? Looks like it has central air. Nice retaining wall and belgium blocks on the driveway. Am I looking at the right house?

Oh yes, I love the radiators & steam too, I just hate the oil prices in order to keep them going. I have a total of 11 radiators in my home, but I do try to shut off the one's in the guest rooms when they're not been used. You know it's winter when you hear that hizzing sound....lol

taxes are about 9000, to be exact 8800!! Its a mess, like I said 20 year old roof, 25 year old boiler, no insulation and it has an apt on the side however you cant zone for renters its illegal and thats an old wreck!! The kitchen in the apt is like something out of a horror movie!
