Well the mocking birds came back so I'm little happier now. The neighbor and his wife were out measuring and spray painting today so hopefully the landscaping project will start next week...I'll keep you posted : )

May need to hire your services JM . Latest scoop... I noticed a huge swarm of hornets on the dormer..no nest? So I called in the exterminators. He said it looks like someone may have disturbed a nest somewhere and that they migrated to that spot to start a new one..hummmmmmm - could it be because some arsehole just cut down some trees! $165.00 later..no more hornets but if those bastids are responsible... I'm sending JM and B&C over to pee on their flower bed!
Hmmmmm, maybe those trees were making a large mess on his property. I think those trees were on his property and maybe if u like the privacy so much u should put up a fence.

She was last seen drinking a beer while standing in line waiting for Govt Cheese because her home didn't sell after some neighbor cut her pretty trees which made all the pretty birds fly away so she was so distraught because the govt didn't bail her out like fannie mae & freddie mac.
