Default Property taxes in central and northern NJ

Hello,
I am trying to find out which areas have low property taxes ranges, out of:
1. WoodBridge /Edison in the Middlesex county
2. Clark, Cranford, Garwood areas in Union county
3. Bergen, Warren and Watchung in somerset county.

How are Garwood, Fanwood, Warren and Watchung as far as school districts, day cares. Are they safe areas to live. How are the house prices?

As I had posted earlier, I will be working in Edison and my husband will be working in Florham park, so we are looking for a place which is reasonably convenient for both of us.

Look forward to hearing from you all,

MJ

I don't think you are going to find low taxes in anyplace where people want to live. Some of the towns you named have good schools but plenty of high dollar McMansions and taxes 10-30k. Warren and Watchung are not for you if you want low taxes.
Try Middlesex Boro or Green Brook Twp, (south of rt.22)
There are no cheap places to live on Central/Northern NJ

I think you'll find Woodbridge to be the most reasonable of all of those towns both in home price and tax rates. The schools are good, and there's a number of great daycares in the area.

Default You may want to look in Roselle Park

It is right next to Cranford in Union county, and centrally located between Edison and Florham Park, with very easy access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 78. The neighborhood is very nice and the schools are good (my son is in 7th grade there). I also sent you a private message on the subject.
